- DRAFT Solicitation W15QKN-18-Q-1051 This pre-solicitation notice is for Refuse Collection, Shoreham, New York The US Army Contracting Command-NJ, Warfighter Support on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Center has a requirement for Refuse Collection at the CW2 Kerry P Hein USARC, 200 Route 25A, Shoreham, New York 11786. The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a total small business set-aside and will result in a single Firm Fixed Price contract. The period of performance will be a 12-month base period, plus four 12-month option periods. The North American Industry Standard Classification (NAICS) Code is 562111with a size standard of $38,500,000.00. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, Effective 06 November 2017. It is the responsibility of the vendor to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. To be eligible for award, prospective vendors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). The website is https://www.sam.gov/sam/. INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR: Industrial Standard USA, LLC (Previously known as Veteran Lawn Care) Contract number: W15QKN-13-P-1221 Period of performance: 6-month base year, plus 4 option years Total contract award for the entire period of performance listed above: $38,720.00 ALL INQUIRIES REGARDING THE SOLICITATION MUST BE EMAILED. The estimated solicitation posting will be on or about 13 March 2018. The estimated response deadline is 27 March at 2:00 PM EST contingent upon the exact posting of this solicitation. The actual due date will be stated in Block 8, Page 1 of the solicitation.
