Description
Sole source justification Statement of Work The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to SRS Consulting Group, LLC, 55872 Ninepipe Road, Charlo, MT 59824, to develop and test a system of sensors and software, monitoring the status of machinery. Delivery Address: Centers for Disease Control and Prevention National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Spokane Mining Research Division Spokane, WA 99207 For this contract, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) and 41 U.S.C. 1901. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The notice of this intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however, all quotations/responses received prior to close date/time will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions may be accessed via the Internet at website http://farsite.hill.af.mil. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management. To register apply via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov. Include FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications with Offer or indicate if it is available online at www.SAM.gov. No telephonic quotes will be processed.
