Description: The SENSR announcement is amended to include the following: SENSR Industry Week Announcement March 26 to March 29, 2018 The purpose of this announcement is to inform Industry that the Spectrum Efficient National Surveillance Radar (SENSR) Joint Program Office (JPO) Фcomprising the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Фwill hold an Industry Week from March 26 У March 29, 2018. Industry Week will be held at CSRA Maritime Plaza (1201 M Street, SE Suite 400 Washington, DC 20003). During Industry Week, the JPO team will share information related to the SENSR program, including acquisition planning, concept of operations, and program requirements. Furthermore, Industry will have the opportunity to meet with JPO team representatives on a one-on-one basis. Below provides information on the event location, daily agenda, attendance / registration, security and other logistics. Therefore, please send an email to Amy Yedinak at akyedinak@akgovsolutions.com and Wanda Lattimore at Wanda.R.Lattimore@cbp.dhs.gov identifying which meetings (unclassified, classified, vendor one-on-one, and the weather workshop) you and your organization/company would like to attend. Please limit each company/organization Щs attendance to six representatives. Vendor One-on-One Meetings These meetings are expected to be an hour in duration. The Government Team may request a meeting or respondents may request a meeting; however, the Government Team is under no obligation to meet respondents requesting one-on-one meetings. Furthermore, a one-on-one meeting is neither required nor a prerequisite for future consideration, and will not be considered in the evaluation. Vendors that wish to have a one-on-one meeting with the Government Team must answer the below questions and submit them with all the appropriate registration information by March 14, 2018. The Government Team will review the responses to determine the vendors for the one-on-one meetings if requests exceed available slots. oDoes your company, or team, provide an end-to-end solution addressing the entire or majority of the SENSR mission requirements defined by the SENSR Pipeline Plan? If so, please briefly describe these capabilities. If your company, or team, does not provide an end-to-end solution, please describe your potential teaming and your company Щs role in that teaming to provide an end-to-end solution. oPlease state your company or team Щs desired objectives and/or outcomes for this meeting. Vendors may request the one-on-one meeting be either unclassified or classified (Secret level) to support discussion around the classified SENSR requirements included as part of the SENSR Industry Week. If a classified Secret level meeting is requested, please follow the instructions above for classified registration.
