Description

The Veteran Health Indiana VA Medical Center, located at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for one time award service for inspection, maintenance/inspections of all fire extinguishers. The contractor shall provide supervision, labor, tools, parts and materials to perform all-inclusive annual and six (6) year inspection, maintenance and monthly inspections of all fire extinguishers at the Veteran Health Indiana VA Medical Center, located at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State, and local ordinances. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Veteran Owned Small Business concerns (VOSB).
