Description

This is a sources sought notice. The contractor will provide maintenance services for Carestream x-ray equipment located at the VA Southern Nevada Health Care System. A draft of the Statement of Work is attached to this notice. We are conducting market research to determine if there are qualified vendors available to provide these services or whether the manufacturer is the only capable vendor. The responses to this notice will assist in the market research to determine if we are in a sole source scenario. If you are an interested vendor, please respond providing information of previous contracts for maintenance services on x-ray equipment that was manufacturer by Carestream. If you intend to subcontract any portion of the work, please provide a breakdown of how much work will be performed in-house vs subcontracted out. All interested vendors must respond by email to Michael.hodahkwen@va.gov before 4:00 P.M. Pacific Time on March 9, 2018. Solicitation number 36C26118Q0335 has been assigned and should be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement.
