Description

Pacific Southwest Research Station has a requirement for Janitorial Services at the Institute of Pacific Islands Forestry (IPIF), 60 Nowelo Street, Hilo, HI 96720. This requirement will include a base year and four options years. Offerors are requested to review all attachments to this solicitation, and provide the required information indicated below to have their quote considered responsive: a) print out and return a signed copy of the attached Standard Form 1449, prior to bid closing date. b) print out and use the Schedule of Items as a bid sheet (See Attachment 01), and submit a quote prior to bid closing date and time. NOTE: Offeror/Quote must include base year plus all option years. c) Review Evaluation Factors for Award on page 26.
