- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to complete upgrades to the facility and the parking lot at the Cleo O Payne Army Reserve Center, Stillwater OK and to construct a dry storage building at this facility. Work to be performed under this firm, fixed price contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 with a small business size standard of $36,500,000. Solicitation W911SA-18-B-2009 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract. This solicitation will be a 100% SDVOSB set aside. Project magnitude is over $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 Period of Performance will be 180 days after the notice to proceed. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 60 days of this pre solicitation notice. The site visit date and time will be provided with the solicitation once it is issued. Do not contact the Contract Specialist for requests to change the set aside or to state your interest. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page (fbo.gov) for the future issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
