- Sources Sought Performance Work Statement ****SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY **** THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIAL QUALIFIED WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSE (WOSB) VENDORS ABLE TO PROVIDE: LEADERSHIP RESILIENCY TRAINING TO NAICS CODE 611430 FOR PROFESSIONAL AND MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT TRAINING. RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS WILL BE USED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION DECISIONS, SEE SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS BELOW. The 502 nd Air Base Wing is seeking sources to provide three (3) five-day Leadership Resiliency Training courses at Joint Base Fort Sam Houston, Randolph, and Lackland for 50 military members plus spouses at each training event. Verbal responses are not acceptable and cannot be considered. Any interested party requiring additional information may inquire with the below point of contact. Responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating a vendor's bona fide capability to provide this training. All information submitted should fully support the vendor's definite capability to provide the required training program required, and shall be furnised at no cost or obligation to the Government. This is not a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. Responses must be received in writing no later than 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on 08 MARCH 2018. Firms responding to this announcement which fail to provide all of the required information cannot be used to help the Government make the acquisition decisions which is the intent of this sources sought. This notice is to help JBSA in determining potential sources only. No solicitation is currently available. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request to be considered for a contract award. Please include the company's SBA size status for the listed NAICS Code and companies socioeconomic status, if any. A response to this sources sought synopsis is NOT a request to be added to a prospective offerors list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
