- 1) P/N: DRS8000P-2TB-4A4D Data Recorder (Qty 1 Ea) 2) P/N: DRS-4PCMCABLE Data Recorder Cables (Qty 2 Ea) The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis this requirement. This requirement is sole sourced to Wideband Systems, Inc., 2409 Linden Ln., Silver Spring, MD 20910 for direct replacement of an existing system. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to markelle.griffin@navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893618Q0105 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
