- This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government." This solicitation is being advertised as a noncompetitive sole source solicitation. As provided under FAR 6.302-1, this project will be solicited on a noncompetitive basis as Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Contractor - Philips Healthcare Division Project Description - The Phoenix VA Healthcare System (PVAHCS) located in Phoenix, Arizona requires a certified and authorized Phillips contractor to provide preventative and corrective maintenance, repair and replacement parts, and provide customer and technical support service on the following fluoroscopy imagining equipment. The following equipment requires preventative maintenance services: BV Pulsera, Brilliance ICT, Extended Brilliance Workspace, and Brilliance Workspace Portal. Phillips Healthcare is the original manufacturer and a sole source service provider. Further Phillips Healthcare service technicians are certified and trained specifically on fluoroscopy imagining equipment. Their technicians are able to perform service repairs, maintenance and technical support within the manufacturer s specifications and recommendations. Phillips Healthcare does not have any subcontractors authorized to perform these services. Diagnostic imaging devices are subject to American College of Radiology (ACR) Accreditation. Meeting OEM operating specifications is a minimum requirement in order to be certified by ACR and other regulating agencies. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price task order be awarded on or about July 1, 2018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811219- Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
