- Page 2 of 2 Request for Information My HealtheVet (MHV) Core Development Introduction This is a request for information (RFI) only. Do not submit a proposal. It is requested that all companies interested in participating in this effort please note their interest and provide indication of their respective capabilities to perform the effort described in attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered an Invitation for Bid, Request for Task Execution Plan, Request for Quotation or a Request for Proposal. Additionally, there is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this RFI. Your response to this RFI will be treated only as information for the Government to consider. You will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that you incur in responding to this RFI. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. The information provided may be used by the VA in developing its acquisition strategy and PWS. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI. 2. Submittal Information: This is RFI only. It is requested that all companies interested in participating in this effort note their interest and provide indication of their respective capabilities to perform the effort described in the draft PWS. Marketing material will not be accepted as an indication of capability. Provide, at a minimum, the following information in the initial paragraph of the submission: Name of Company Address Point of Contact Phone Number Fax Number Email address Company Business Size and Status NAICS code(s) Socioeconomic data Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number Provide a summary of your capability to meet the requirements. In your summary you must provide a response to the following: Detail your company s capabilities and experience redesigning a customer facing web portal in conjunction with deploying functionality to that same site while operating in a cross-functional (i.e. Business partners, Sustainment, Cloud Support, up/downstream dependencies), Agile environment. Include the capability to staff the tasks referenced in the draft PWS 5.2 5.21. Detail your experience in migrating large (24/7) customer facing Cloud Hosted environments in a scalable agile framework. Detail your company s ability to support multiple, diverse technologies as part of a single contract/task order. Provide relevant experience on technologies cited in the draft PWS as part of this contract/task order, to include, operating systems and software languages for applications that include legacy applications and migration of the applications to a scalable platform. Discuss any concerns or issues with the intended scope or magnitude of this effort. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing for the anticipated solution. If your company is unable to provide a ROM, please provide the information that needs to be added to the PWS in order to be able to price the effort. All responsible sources may submit a response in accordance with the following: No more than 15 pages (excluding transmittal page) Include the name, email address and phone number of the appropriate representative of your company. Mark your response as Proprietary Information if the information is considered business sensitive. NO MARKETING MATERIALS ARE ALLOWED AS PART OF THIS RFI.
