***THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE USED TO DETERMINE THE CAPABILITY OF THE MARKET TO PERFORM THE REQUIREMENT AND TO IDENTIFY ANY INTERESTED VENDORS. NO PRICING INFO IS BEING REQUESTED HERE. IF YOU WOULD BE INTERESTED IN A RESULTING FOLLOW-ON RFQ, PLEASE SUBMIT INFORMATION ON YOUR CAPABILITY ONLY*** This requirement will involve both rental of 53' dry van trailers AND trasportation service of these trailers. Five (5) total 53' trailers delivered to four Armories on 17MAY18. (2) trailers to: 202 South George Wallace Drive, Troy, Al 36081. (1) each to : 10415 Opp Highway, Brantley AL 36009; 1684 North Eufaula Avenue, Eufaula AL 36027; 1750 Congressman W L Dickinson Drive, Montgomery AL 36109. Trailers to be picked up from their respective Armories on or after 22MAY18 and delivered to the Camp Guernsey training area on Sublette Avenue, Guernsey, WY 82214 by 27MAY18. Trailers will remain in Guernsey, WY until 20JUN18 and then delivered to the same Armories they came from. The trailers can then be picked up for return on 24JUN18. The weight of goods (personal gear and some light equipment) to be stored and moved will be minimal (estimated 20,000 - 30,000 lb.)
