- Description
- 1. The project includes the replacement of a defective UPS system by a new system. 2. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of the project is below $25,000. 3. The performance period is 75 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 30 calendar days is included. 4. The solicitation will be issued today. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments. 5. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will e considered by the RCO Bavaria. 6. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 7. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
