- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 140F0518Q0027 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award date is within 5 days after the close of this announcement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. This procurement is being solicited as a firm-fixed price, 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 332312 Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing / small business size standard 500 employees. Item Description(s): Refer to Statement of Work for full details. The objective of the project is to acquire a sturdy, well-constructed dock and launch system that can accommodate a single launch platform for kayaks, canoes, and other non-trailed watercraft. Delivery Schedule: Delivery of the preceding items no later than May 24, 2018; Delivery and Acceptance: FOB Destination Delivery Location: 11116 Kimages Road, Charles City, VA 23030 Terms & Conditions: The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. - Quotes will be evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items and submit with its offer.
