- Question and Answer Log 3-1-18 Tool Holders List The US Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) has a requirement for up to 12 new 5 axis milling machines for Watervliet Arsenal (WVA). The solicitation is issued on a Full and Open Competitive basis and will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. See attached solicitation for details. Caution: This solicitation is issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of same. All responsible sources should submit all questions to Pat Brown via email: patrick.d.brown33.civ@mail.mil by Monday March 5th, 2018, 1:00 PM EST. NOTE: See spreadsheet uploaded to FBO titled "Tool Holders.xlsx". Offerors are instructed to provide a quote based on this list. NOTE: This list is representative, not definitive, and will be used only for evaluation purposes. The actual requirement may call for more or fewer tools, and tools that have not been listed in the Excel document.
