- Draft Requirements Document. This is a Sources Sought for market research purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This Sources Sought is being published to identify potential sources capable of providing technical support to assist the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Social Media Office with social media monitoring services to enhance the outreach, listening, and analytical abilities of all social media practitioners Coast Guard wide. Tasks are outlined in the draft Specifications document. See Attachment. Any interested party shall submit a capability statement by the closing date of this announcement and will be considered by the agency for the purposes of determining an acquisition strategy. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this Sources Sought is strictly voluntary. Respondents shall not submit any proprietary information when responding to this notice. Respondents shall also note that the Government will not return any information submitted in response to this notice. No entitlements to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of Contractor submission of responses, or the Government's use of such information. The information obtained from responses from this Sources Sought may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and a future RFP. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION Please provide a capability statement addressing your organization's ability to meet the requirements in the attached draft Specifications document. Please include only capabilities relative to these requirements. Please provide responses in writing no later than 4:00 PM on March 15, 2018 to Contracting Officer, Khia Baylor-Davis at khia.e.baylor-davis@uscg.mil and Contract Specialist, Adrian Ferguson at Adrian.d.ferguson@uscg.mil. All responses must include the following information: Company Name Company Address Company Business Size DUNS Number Point of Contact (POC) name, phone number and email address Responses shall not exceed fifteen (15) single-sided pages. E-mail submissions are subject to size and type restrictions (typically limited to less than 5MB in size and only-executable attachments such as.doc and.pdf files) as well as any other appropriate network measures. It is the respondent's responsibility to verify the email was received and can be viewed. All responses must address each of the above stated requirements.
