Classification Code: X NAICS Code: 531120 This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 22,010 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 16,304 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 120 surface parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the Madison Patient Financial Center (PFS). The lease has been awarded to the Airport Road, LLC in Madison, WI. Commencing 03/01/2018 through 02/28/2028, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $356,894.56 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $29,741.21 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $228,256.00 annually and an operating rent of $81,356.96. The lease terms are set at 10 years/7 years firm. VA may terminate this lease after 03/01/2025 with 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
