Description

Sources sought for 100% Indian-owned vendors in accordance with the Buy Indian Act and Dept. of Interior Acquisition Regulation Part 1480. This agency requires clear diesel fuel and unleaded gas at locations in Coolidge AZ and Sacaton AZ. The exact quantities and dates fuel will be required are unknown. BIA intends to award blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) to fill repetitive needs. Selection of awardees for BPAs will be based on respondents' past performance in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.3. Selection of awardees will also be based on respondents' compliance with Small Business Administration rules and regulations concerning small business non-manufacturers. Respondents must be registered in www.sam.gov. Past performance will be evaluated in accordance with information provided by respondents, the contracting officer's knowledge and experience, customer surveys/past performance questionnaires, the Governmentwide Past Performance Retrieval System at www.ppirs.gov, or any other reasonable basis. Respondents are encouraged to submit past performance information for the most recent 2 years. Respondents must state how it will comply with Small Business Administration non-manufacturer rules. BPAs will be in effect not-to-exceed 5 years.
