Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT: BBG50-SN-18-005AM EXECUTIVE CONSULTANT-Women's Issues News Coverage The Broadcasting Board of Governors/International Broadcasting Bureau (BBG/IBB), Office of Contracts (CON) located at 330 Independence Ave, SW Washington, D.C. 20237, intends to award a sole source contract to Kassenaar Inc. The contractor will provide executive level consulting services related to planning, programming and marketing in support of VOA's goal of providing global news coverage of women's issues. In this capacity, the contractor will provide a variety of services with respect to the VOA strategy, programming and marketing, including conducting research, attending meetings, making recommendations, and drafting reports, in addition to other related tasks in support of VOA/s goal of cover women's issues. In addition the contractor will conduct research and make recommendations on the formulation of policies and strategies for the development of programming, marketing concepts and distribution to foreign audiences and use appropriate sources for the creation of plans and projects.
