MARKET RESEARCH / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) - NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS NAICS CODE: 336611- SHIP BUILDING AND REPAIRING The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center in Jacksonville (NAVSUP FLCJ) is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of vendors capable of furnishing effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to manufacture the items as specified with in this document, this mission for the Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC) Mayport, Florida. The Government intends to solicit for the procurement of: Quantity (4 EA), Valve, Ball, 8 Inch IPS, Valve Number: FM-V-02-12-3, FM-V-02-12-5, FM-V-02-49-2, And FM-V-02-104-2, APL: 882305072A Quantity (11 EA), Valve, Gate, 12 Inches IPS, Valve Number: FM-V-2-50-3, FM-V-2-59-1, FM-V-2-68-1, FM-V-2-68-4, FM-V-2-69-3, FM-V-2-88-1, FM-V-2-93-6, FM-V-2-95-1, FM-V-2-96-5, FM-V-2-105-1, And FM-V-2-106-1, APL: 883041035A Quantity (3 EA), Valve, Ball, 10 Inch IPS, Valve Number: FM-V-02-51-1, FM-V-02-87-6, And FM-V-02-88-4, APL: 882305074 Quantity (One EA), Valve, Gate, 8 Inch IPS, Valve Number: FM-V-2-68-9, APL: 883041037A Quantity (One EA), Valve, Gate, 6.00 Inch IPS, Valve Number: FM-V-2-94-6, APL: 883040097 All responsible sources may express their interest and provide capability statements in response to this action. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Drawing is attached. Interested vendors are requested to submit a capability statement outlining their ability to meet or exceed this requirement stating the following information: (1) Company name, address, POC name, phone number, fax number and email; (2) Contractor (CAGE Code); and (3) Size of business. Contractor will provide a yes or no response as to whether they can meet the requirement. The Government will use the result of this announcement to determine whether the acquisition of the above requirement should be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside, or whether Full and Open Competition procedures will be utilized. Submissions are Not-To Exceed (NTE) 15 Standard typewritten pages. All technical questions and inquiries may be submitted within the response date and time.
