This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Office of Facilities and Administrative Services is located at 1849 C Street, NW, Washington, DC. The following provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ¿ Commercial with the addenda found in Attachment 1 - Instructions to offerors. FAR 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition and can be found in Attachment 1 ¿ Instructions to offerors. FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items must be completed and returned with the offer (see Attachment 1 ¿ Instructions to Offerors), unless the vendor ¿s SAM is current.
