If you do not complete and return the Technical Certification Form, your quote will NOT be considered nonresponsive. ** Description of Need: The work covered in this Scope of Work, as well as the related drawings consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to accomplish all work in connection with providing and installing acoustical wall panel in identified rooms at the Defense Finance and Account Service (DFAS), Limestone, Maine. Note. Attached drawing for locations of work (Attachment #1) The contractor shall provide all materials and labor to install 2 1/8 inch thick acoustical wall panels with both sound-absorbing and sound-proofing capabilities in four executive offices and one fitness room as depicted in Attachment #1. The contractor shall supply and install acoustical panels with impaling mounting clips and adhesive for installation on the identified second floor rooms and first floor fitness room. Installation will include the extension of electrical outlets, phone connections, LAN connections, and light switches, and receptacles as necessary to ensure a flush mount. Contractor will be responsible for moving furniture if necessary to accommodate panel installation. Salient Features of Acoustic Panels. Delivery and Installation: Deliver FOB Destination, installation and removal shall occur no later 60 days after date of award. The work will be performed during normal business hours of Monday through Friday; 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (local) unless directed to be performed after duty hours. Door access will be provided. BASIS FOR SELECTION : The Government will award a single contract to the Contractor whose quote is determined to be lowest price technically acceptable. BASIS FOR DETERMINING TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION: Quoted items must meet the technical requirements identified above. You MUST return the Technical Certification Form (attached below). Failure to complete and return the attached Technical Certification Form will result in your quote not being considered for award. Cost of Quotes : Expenses incurred in the preparation of quotes in response to this RFQ are the vendor's sole responsibility and not reimbursable by the Government. Invoicing and Payment: Invoices shall be submitted as a 2-in-1 or Combo invoice via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) to a WAWF acceptor that will be identified in the resulting contract per DFARS Clause 252.323-7006 Wide Area Work Flow (June 2012). It is the Contractor's responsibility to register in the WAWF system in order to insure prompt payment. Once the invoice is received in WAWF, the Acceptor will review and if correct accept it for payment. Government Point of Contact (GPOC): The GPOC will act as the on-site, technical point-of-contact for the Government during execution of this contract.
