Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to enter into an other than full and open competition, sole source agreement with Spiral Software for continue use of the Amion Software Licenses inclusive of a base plus four (4) option years. This is accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), only one responsible source is capable of meeting this requirement. The Amion Software Licenses include yearly maintenance and support for: Department of Veterans Affairs VA Palo Alto Health Care System 3801 Miranda Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94304 This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action.
