- Presolicitation Notice Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, Leavenworth, KS intends to negotiate a commercial contract for radiopharmaceuticals for the Marion, IL. VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 2401West Main St., Marion, IL 62959. All contract details, to include specifications will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ), which will be released on or about 28 February 2018. This acquisition shall be unrestricted under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 325412. The size standard is 750 employees. Vendor must be within the 60-mile radius of the Marion, IL. VAMC and must be able to provide Technetium from Low Enriched Uranium (LEU) in the timeframe specified.
