- Software maintenance renewals on various products see solicitation for full details. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement. This requirement is Manufacture sole source to Siemens PLM Software Inc., 5800 Granite Parkway Suite 600, Plano, TX 75024 with competition among authorized distributors for software renewal. Complete details will be available in the solicitation. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about (2/27/2018).
