Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price for preventive maintenance and/or corrective maintenance services for the Medtronic O-arm ® Surgical Imaging System. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 8.405-2 for the aforementioned requirement based on the application of FAR 8.405- 6(a)(1)(i)(B). This hereby constitutes a synopsis of this requirement. This determination is in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures and in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Questions or comments to this Notice of Intent should be directed to Contracting Officer.
