Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Contracting Office intends to modify purchase order VA241-16-P-1020 to exercise Option Year 2 in accordance with FAR 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. The purchase order is for the maintenance and computerized interaction imaging on the 3D Interactive Vascular repair Modeling and measurement tool located at the White River Junction, VT VAMC with M2S Inc. M2S Inc. is the manufacturer of the equipment, and due to proprietary technology and sole access to OEM parts, M2S Inc. is the only vendor who can provide the maintenance service. Purchase order VA241-16-P-1020 was awarded to M2S Inc. on 04/04/2016. This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers.
