Description
NSN LIST Synopsis P 000895 DLA Aviation intends to solicit a multi NSN Long Term Contract, as a Total Small Business Set Aside. This project is comprised of 10 fully competitive NSNs (see attached NSN's list), that are used on various weapon systems, but mostly common used on the UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter. The parts range from a wide array of commodities to include structural brackets, rotary stabilizers, step, fitting, panel, latch and door assemblies. This population of NIINs have an AMSC code of 1 or 2 (suitable for competitive acquisition) and corresponding AMSC code of G. Important: Vendors must quote on minimum 30% of the items listed. The solicitation is not all or none and multiple award contract with a maximum of 3 awards may be issued. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Long Term Contract. The solicitation will be issued with a one -year base period and a four one- year option period. Prices for the option periods will be evaluated at the time of proposal submission. All items in this population are fully competitive (AMSC "G") with numerous companies capable of supplying those items. Government owned drawings will be made available to industry and interested manufacturers. NIINs with First Article Test requirements will be described in the solicitation (continuation page & PID/PACK). A total of 6 NIIN's out of 10 NIINs will require a First Article Testing. One NIIN will require a Production Lot Testing. The solicitation(SPE4A618R0534), will be posted on FBO on or around March 13, 2018 A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.
