- PROJECT: ID PFH 26(4), Ketchum-Challis Highway (Avalanche Repair) LOCATION: 17 Miles East of Stanley, ID WORK: The work consists of partial to full removal and replacement of damaged rockfall attenuator fence systems, repair of on-slope rockfall wire mesh containment systems, rock scaling, repair of damaged guardrail, erecting a temporary rockfall debris fence to protect traffic during construction, temporary traffic control and other small items of work. See "Description of Work" for additional details LENGTH: 1.2 miles. (Obtain this info from the FBO sheet you received from Design.) TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: Fall 2018 ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00 To view the INTERESTED VENDORS LIST you must register as an FBO user. Go to https://www.fbo.gov/. Scroll down to the "Vendors/Citizens" box. Click on "Register Now" and follow the directions. THIS SOLICITATION IS OFFERED AS A HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. This paragraph announces possible financing available to small businesses. The three types of businesses that are eligible to receive a loan through this program are: (1) Firms that have received DBE certification from a state or local transportation agency; (2) Eligible small business firms; and (3) Firms that have received a disability rating by the Veteran's Administration and have certified themselves as a SDVOSB. Start-up businesses are not eligible to receive a STLP line of credit and should contact the SBA for information about other possible forms of financial assistance. (NOTE - This paragraph does not reserve this solicitation for these types of business): The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts. The Maximum line of credit is $750,000. The STLP loan has a variable rate, which is connected to the prime rate.
