Description

The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to issue a solicitation for the Virtual Cultural Awareness Trainer (VCAT) services on behalf of the Defense Language and National Security Office (DLNSEO) under solicitation H9821018R0008. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611430 with a size standard of $11,000,000. This is a pre-solicitation notice for the requirement to assist DLNSEO in training the Unified Combatant Commands (COCOMs) in culture, region and language training requirements as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The resultant commercial contract will have a 12-month base period and four 12 month option periods. The solicitation will be issued within the next two weeks in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1). Questions are NOT being accepted during this pre-solicitation phase. Do NOT contact the requiring or contracting offices. Once the solicitation is posted it will be available via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fbo.gov). Potential Offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation packages. No paper copies will be furnished. Perspective Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
