SOLICITATION # 36C25618R0298 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective January 24,2018. The NAICS Code is 484121 Transportation/Travel/Relocation Transportation: Motor Freight. The Small Business size standard is $27.5 million. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price, unrestricted solicitation and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. You may contact your local U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) office (federal, not state office) for more information on the small business program. Your local SBA office's contact information may be found by accessing the SBA website (www.sba.gov). This requirement is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The contract type is FFP-IDIQ. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. See below for further requirements and solicitation details. Period of Performance: March 19, 2018 thru September 30, 2022 The requirement is Base plus Four (4) Option Years. Note: All option renewals will be at the Government discretion. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, are included in the combined synopsis/solicitation. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition without addenda. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. There is no addendum. This will be a firm fixed price contract.
