- The purpose of this Request for Offer is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide Janitorial Services at Multiple FAA Facilities in King Salmon, AK, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates. This is a Small Business Set Aside. Small businesses competing for this acquisition shall certify their status on the Business Declaration form inserted following Part IV, Section K. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720, Housekeeping/Janitorial Services SUBMIT OFFERS TO: SEE PART IV, SECTION L. OFFERS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN March 21, 2018, 12:00 PM PACIFIC TIME (PT). THIS IS A REQUEST FOR OFFERS, THUS NO FORMAL BID OPENING WILL OCCUR AND RESULTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE BY TELEPHONE.
