- Description
- This requirement is for Interim Contractor Support (ICS) for recurring Continental United States (CONUS)/ Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) support, non-recurring engineering support, priority support, and system reset and repair requirements for the CIRCM and CIRCM Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) systems to include Test Equipment and Support Equipment (TE/SE). Vendor must have demonstrated experience in operating, maintaining and facilitating repairs of the CIRCM system including proprietary software. ICS support will also include Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasure (LAIRCM) CONUS/OCONUS Field Service Representative support. Vendors must provide repair facilities for the CIRCM system and be capable to replace/repair to the Shop Replaceable Unit (SRU) level. The vendor must support a CIRCM logistics demonstration in FY19 and support a depot stand up during the ICS period. Vendor must be able to provide hardware and software technical support. Submission Instructions: The US Army requests interested vendors respond to this request for information with information substantiating their experience with the CIRCM system. Vendor responses should demonstrate the ability to operate, maintain and facilitate repairs for each Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) in the CIRCM system and demonstrate CIRCM system hardware and software expertise. Vendor must be able to demonstrate a capability of sustaining the CIRCM system during the ICS period. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or sensitive information contained in their response. Interested vendors may submit questions regarding this RFI by email, to the contracting POCs previously identified, within seven (7) calendar days of the RFI's publication date.
