The purpose of this amendment is to provide further clarifications on the most frequently asked questions, provide revised/new Attachments, and to extend the offer due date/time: 1. Amended or new questions are highlighted in yellow. 2. Attachments 4, ONE OIT Labor Category Descriptions, and 12, Pricing Sheet, are revised to incorporate the Labor Categories of "Senior Program Manager" and "SME - Computer and Information Systems Manager." Attachment 18, Small Business Participation Commitment Form, is attached as well. SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS ( AMD0009 ) 3. The SEC anticipates an Amendment to incorporate the changes made based on the Q&A period to be publicized on or about 1 March 2018. 4. The offer due date is extended from 12:00PM ET on 16 March 2018 to 12:00PM ET on 22 March 2018. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AS NOTED IN THE DESCRIPTION ABOVE. THIS IS NOT A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION.
