Description

Redacted J&A The 377 MSG/PKA intends to contract using other than full and open competition for the extension of current linen services at Kirtland AFB. Accordingly, the 377 MSG/PKA intends to award a contract extension to Ameripride Services, Inc. under the current contract FA9401-12-C-0043. This contract extension will address the requirements of 377 FSS and 377 MDG. The purpose of this contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit with only one source under statutory authority 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." This notice is only to notify interested parties that this is being awarded as a one-month extension with a sole source justification and approval to be posted after the modification is fully executed.
