- This is a sources sought for COMM equipment 01-2 meter fiber duplex MMF ST/LC 62.5/125 cable (QTY: 40 Ea) 02-1000 meter 24 strand OM1 1G multimode plenum bulk fiber nano-core cable (QTY 2 Ea) 03-3M Hot Melt fiber termination kit 6366 (Or Equal)( QTY: 1 Ea) 04-Portable server rack with handles, rolling cabinet, 9U (QTY: 22 Ea) 05-APC Smart-UPS SMT1000RM2U 1000VA Rack-mountable UPS (QTY: 22 Ea) 06-Ethernet hub port RJ45 anti dust cover cap protector plug (QTY: 50 Ea) 07- Door to Door shipping direct to Air base 101 this is being solicited and evaluated under procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 12, Commercial Items, and of Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290 Communications equipment, mobile and microwave, manufacturing, the size standard is 1,250 employees. The government will award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. The anticipated delivery will be FOB Destination. All responsible contractors may submit a quotation and will be considered by 768 EABS/Contracting. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Award will be made to the responsive offeror determined to be the most advantageous to the government in accordance with the criteria listed in the attached solicitation. Response to this solicitation must be received via email by 23 February 2018 no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Responses should be marked Network Redesign_Contractor name.
