Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23) anticipates issuing a solicitation on behalf of the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Health Care System (MVAHCS) for Hemodynamic Monitoring/Nerve Block Technician(s), in accordance with FAR part 13, VAAR part 873, and 38 USC 8153. A Firm fixed price purchase order for a performance period of one (1) year is contemplated. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for quotes. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. The solicitation will be for Hemodynamic Monitoring/Nerve Block Technician for the set-up, monitoring and troubleshooting of hemodynamic monitoring and nerve block equipment and supplies. Services shall be provided on-site at the MVAHCS s Anesthesia Department for eligible beneficiaries of MVAHCS. The estimated requirement is for 1.3 FTE (VA s definition for full time- working the equivalent of 80 hours every two weeks, 2080 hours per year). This solicitation shall be issued as an unrestricted acquisition. The NAICS Code is 561320 Temporary Help Services-Size Standard $27.5 Million. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on the Government Point of Entry on or about February 23, 2018. The prospective offeror is responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
