This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; 36C78618Q0165 that are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a "request for quote "request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97 (Eff 01/24/2018). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730 with a small business size standard of $7.5M. The Natchez National Cemetery is seeking to purchase Chemical Application Services. All interested companies shall provide a quote for the following: Applications shall be on an as needed on call basis. Place of Performance: Address: Natchez National Cemetery, 41 Cemetery Road Natchez, MS 39120 Country: UNITED STATES Award shall be made to the quoter whose offers the best value to the government, considering technical capability, past performance, and price. The government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria: LTPA (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable). The Natchez National Cemetery is located at 41 Cemetery Road, Natchez MS 39120. Work shall also include but not be limited to protection of facilities, structures, vehicles, and personnel. Work Location is Natchez National Cemetery. Hours of operation are Mon thru Fri, 8:00 a.m. thru 4:30p.m., excluding Federal holidays and weekends without internments or activities. POST AWARD CONFERENCE: Prior to commencement of work, contract awardees is required to make an appointment for a conference with the COR and/or Contracting Officer to assure that all parties understand all contractual obligations and the role that each party serves. SITE VISIT: Offers or quoters are urged and expected to inspect all sites where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect a one or all sites constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
