- The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Bragg, North Carolina intends to Sole Source the below products as they are the only manufacturer/distributor that makes these products. DeGen Medical 1321C N Cashua Drive Florence, SC 29501-6939 Products: DeGen Medical Hyper C Plate Anterior Cervical Plate System Associated Surgical Supplies DeGen Medical Inc. is the sole source manufacturer, seller, and distributor of the Hyper C Plate Anterior Cervical Plate System to include all of its instruments and implants. These products are proprietary to this vendor. These surgery parts were chosen because in the surgeon's opinion, it meets specific needs and requirement of the patient's condition and will provide the desired surgical outcome. These are specific products that are requested by the surgeons. These products are considered all or none and in the best interest of the patient. No telephonic request will be honored or returned. This is not a request for quotes; however, if your company has information or products for future surgeries, please send your capabilities statement for review.
