- Attachment 1 - Qty & Sizes SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Cold Weather Survival Gear Naval Special Warfare Sources Sought Solicitation#: H92240-18-Q-0010 1. OBJECTIVE 1.1. To procure Survival Equipment as outlined below. 2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIRMENT 2.1. The requirements for this task order will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the basic contract. All items listed below are considered tactical or outdoor survival related supplies. 2.2. The following general physical description, specifications, and quantities are included in this order: 2.2.1. ITEM NUMBER 1: (Brand Name or Equal/Industry Equivalent) Salomon Brand Hiking Boots, Men's X Ultra 2 GTX®, Model # 379823. (Colors: Black/Autobahn/Pewter). Features GORE-TEX® waterproof technology to maintain dry feet and EVA-molded midsole lightweight cushioning. See Attachment 1 for sizes and quantities. 2.2.2. ITEM NUMBER 2: (Brand Name or Equal/Industry Equivalent) Mountain Hardware RainshadowTM OutDry®, Style # 1649421 (Color: Black). Built with OutDry® waterproofing technology in main compartment to keep contents dry with drainage compartment in front pocket to prevent excess water retention and weight. Traditional "waterproofing" material quickly get heavy as water loads between shelf fabric and waterproof liner. OutDry®, a patented construction technology, bonds a waterproof-breathable membrane directly to the fabric shell, with no gap to load with water. As a result, pack stays dry and light, remains breathable and flexible in even the harshest environmental conditions. Padded shoulder straps have close fitting, vented suspension channels to prevent overheating. Adjustable sternum strap adds stability for wearer when carrying extra heavy loads, and side compression straps keep any size load stable for wearer. Jacket features wind-resistant, water repellent, breathable nylon shell with moisture-wicking DriClime® Bi-component wicking lining. Attached adjustable hood, zippered pockets at hand and chest and mesh underarm venting. Compact design packs down into a pocket-size. See Attachment 1 for sizes and quantities. 2.2.4. ITEM NUMBER 4: (Brand Name or Equal/Industry Equivalent) Men's Kuhl Revolvr TM Pant, Style #: 111534 (Color: Nomad Khaki/Carbon). Pant material is cut with ÜberKÜHL® STRETCH fabric technology, a cotton/spandex/nylon blended weave, offering a canvas that is lightweight, flexible and breathable. The FULL FIT features a full seat and thigh for a relaxed fit, waistband is peached for increased wicking performance, faster drying time and comfortable wear. ÜberKÜHL® STRETCH fabric technology features double dye that naturally fades with age, exposure and wash for a vintage look. Features KÜHL's Free Ryde TM waist, articulated knee and gusseted crotch, and 3D drop-in stealth pockets to easily secure and conceal wallet, phone and other pocket contents. See Attachment 1 for sizes and quantities. 2.2.5. ITEM NUMBER 5: (Brand Name or Equal/Industry Equivalent) Patagonia Better Sweater® Fleece Jacket, Style# 25527, (Color: Black). High performance, heathered polyester fleece. Features weather protection and hand warmer pockets to keep warm in extreme environments. Bulk-free for easy mobility, interior fleece wicks moisture. See Attachment 1 for sizes and quantities. 2.2.6. ITEM NUMBER 6: (Brand Name or Equal/Industry Equivalent) Five Ten Stealth TM C4 TM Water Tennie, Style # 5081. Designed with a state-of-the-art rubber outsole that offers one of the highest friction of any water shoe. Fast-drying neoprene and a high-performance drainage system keeps feet dry even in the wettest conditions. Suitable for any amphibious situation, the C4 TM features a rubber toe cap for heightened protection, barrel lace closure system, and compression mold EVA-midsole. See Attachment 1 for sizes and quantities. 2.2.7. ITEM NUMBER 7: (Brand Name or Equal/Industry Equivalent) ARC'TERYX GORE-TEX® Pro Pant: Style #16886 (Black). Waterproof, windproof and breathable. See Attachment 1 for sizes and quantities. 2.2.8. ITEM NUMBER 8: (Brand Name or Equal/Industry Equivalent) ARC'TERYX GORE-TEX® Pro Jacket, Style # 12701 (Color: Black). Waterproof, windproof and breathable. Lightweight and packable. See Attachment 1 for sizes and quantities. 3. DELIVERY INFORMATION: 45 Days after issuance of order 3.1. Delivery POC: TBD 3.2. Delivery Address: Little Creek/Virginia Beach, VA 23459 4. SECURITY: N/A 5. QUALITY ASSURANCE: The Government reserves the right to perform inspections and surveillance to evaluate the Contractor's compliance to the contract terms to include proper delivery of quantity and type of goods. The Government will make every effort to ensure that the surveillance methods used are conducted in an objective, fair, and consistent manner.
