Please identify all discounts that are being offered as part of the vendor's quote submission. The government does not intend to go out for a best and final offer. SITE VISIT -ONE-TIME COVERAGE WALK THROUGH Due to the nature of this procurement, interested contractors must participate in a mandatory one time walk through. This one-time group walk through will be conducted for Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune on Tuesday, 06 March 2018 beginning promptly at 9:00am at Marine Corps Base Camp in Camp Lejeune, NC, Building 818 (Visitor's Center). At this time, no additional walk through visits are scheduled. RSVP is required for Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune walkthrough. Contact Mike Bostock at 910-450-4092 or Michael.a.bostock.civ@mail.mil to confirm attendance within 24 hours prior to site visit. The onsite cognizant contract specialist is Sarah Ream Sarah.e.ream@mail.mil Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune Base Access Your POC: Mike Bostock will meet you at Building 818 (Visitor's Center) located at the main gate of Marine Corps Base Camp. You are required to present the following documents while at Building 818: • Real ID or Driver's License. If you do not have the Real ID, you must also supplement with a federally accepted form of ID. Visit https://www.ncdot.gov/dmv/driver/realid/ for more information. • Vehicle Registration • Proof of insurance During the site visit you will be allowed to see the Mobile Dental Unit and ask questions of the technical expert. This requirement is not being announced as a brand name or equal requirement. However, the generator must be a 20 KW generator manufactured by Cummins/Onan. During the site visit you will be allowed to see the Mobile Dental Lab requiring the Door removal and replacement and new generator installation. You will be allowed to take pictures and measurements, and ask questions of the technical expert. Contracting personnel will be present to answer any question however should you have any further question after the site visit ALL questions and responses will be provided through Federal Business Opportunities under the solicitation number at www.FBO.gov All Questions regarding this Request for Quote shall be submitted in writing by 10:00am EST on 09 March 2018 via email. All responses to the questions will be posted on FBO. Please See attached Q&A. This Announcement will close at 9:00 AM Eastern Time on 12 March 2018. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Procedures in FAR 13.106 are applicable to this procurement. Contract award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable determination/technically acceptable lowest price quote. System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/ All offers shall provide a detailed quote to include design and specifications and pricing. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the offeror to meet all specifications and requirements. Each quote shall provide a Point of Contact, phone number and GSA contract if applicable.
