Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, and the VA Medical Center in Syracuse, NY intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with TrillaMed, LLC, 30100 Telegraph Road, Suite 366, Bingham Farms, MI 48025, to provide the following: Three (3) each Getinge Model 633HC vacuum/gravity, microcomputer-controlled steam sterilizers with installation and removal of existing sterilizer TrillaMed, LLC is the only Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) authorized distributor for Getinge, Inc. sterilizers. This Notice Of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than COB, March 5, 2018. All responses should be sent to Edward Lyke at Edward.lyke@va.gov. No telephone response will be accepted. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 339113.
