Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to Practising Law Institute (PLI), 1177 Ave of The Americas, New York, NY 10036 on a sole source basis utilizing basis utilizing FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, One Responsible Source. This requirement is a renewal of the Practising Law Institute Privileged Membership. The membership provides unlimited access to Continuing Legal Education and Continuing Professional Education resources. Unique features of this membership includes unlimited attendance at PLI and SEC Institute forums, over 400 live in-person seminars, webcasts and group casts, and CLE and CPE credit reporting and management. PLI is the sole-source provider of Privileged Membership. Period of Performance: March 1, 2018 through February 28, 2021. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. However, capability statements received within three days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. A redacted copy of the justification prepared for this procurement will follow at a later date.
