- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: ARIZONA City: PINETOP Delineated Area: NORTH - intersection of Highway 260 & Old Linden Rd, Old Linden Rd. East to Highway 77, Highway 77 East to intersection of Penrod Rd. SOUTH - intersection of Highway 260 & East Rim Rd., East & West Rim Rd. to intersection of Highway 77 EAST - intersection of Highway 77 & Penrod Rd., Penrod Rd. South to intersection 260, Highway 260 South to intersection of East Rim Rd. WEST - intersection of West Rim Rd. and Highway 77 North to intersection of Highway 260, highway 260 North to intersection of Old Linden Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,230 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,715 Space Type : Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
