- DD254 - Contract Security Classification Specification This solicitation (SPE4A6-18-R-0194) is for NSN 5895-00-605-6202, Divider, Power, Radio Frequency. Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price, long-term contract for one base year and four 1- year option periods. This procurement is unrestricted. This item is currently manufactured by: Cinch Connectivity Solutions, CAGE 34078 p/n PWD-5053-B5-003-79 Raytheon Company, CAGE 82577 p/n 926112-3B Technical Orders and Qualification Requirements are not available. Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities and equipment required to accomplish the new manufacture of the item(s). Generally, this entails the procurement/manufacture of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping. The estimate annual quantity is 13 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 3 EA. FOB: Origin; Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. Delivery: 119 DARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 3/7/2018 with a closing date on or around 4/7/2018. Item is not used in the commercial sector. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the solicitation.
