Description

SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Strategic Acquisition Center Frederick (SAC-F), 321 Ballenger Center Drive, Suite 125, Frederick, MD 21703, is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources capable of providing a reliability study on existing VA owned Emergency Power Generation/Distribution System, located at Philadelphia Information Technology Center (PITC), 5000 Wissahickon Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19144. This announcement is issued for informational planning purposes only and is not a request for proposal or announcement of a solicitation. Submitting information for this announcement is voluntary and participants will not be compensated. The services include furnishing all labor, supervision, management, equipment, transportation, supplies, and materials necessary to provide a complete system reliability study, underground tank inspection, cleaning and certification, comprehensive report of findings, and recommissioning the system after VA has completed system repairs. Please see the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional details. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541330 and the small business size standard is $15 million. Capabilities Statement and Documentation: Firms/Companies are invited to provide their capabilities, experience, knowledge, and certifications in the provision of the services outlined in the attached draft PWS. Sources are asked to provide information to demonstrate their capability to provide these services, including but not limited to the following: Company Name, Address, Website, POC, and POC Phone Number. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541330 and the small business size standard is $15.0 million for this type of effort. Based on this information, please indicate whether your company would be a Large or Small Business, and whether company is a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or Veteran Owned Small Business and registered in Vendor Information Pages (VIP). Provide a summary of your firm s ability to provide the services described in this announcement, certifications, suggested key personnel, and experience in performing services of similar scope and complexity. If your firm has a General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) with these services on it, please provide the GSA FSS and the appropriate SIIN. In addition to a Capability Statement which provides the above, submissions can include specifications, brochures, and manuals as attachments.
