Description

This is a sources sought announcement only. There is no solicitation available at this time. The Defense Logistics Agency, acting for the Army, requires the spare parts listed below, and repair services for the parts listed below, for the Air Defense Interrogator (ADI) Family. The following systems and subsystems are included in the ADI family: AN/TPX-57(V)1 (PATRIOT); AN/TPX-57(V)2 (SENTINEL/ATNAVICS); AN/TPX-59 (Mode S) (ATNAVICS); AN/TPX-58(V)1(FMS PATRIOT), Cooperative Aviation Surveillance Sensor (CASS); AN/UPR-3 Avenger/Stinger Man Portable Air Defense System (MANPADS) Air Defense Interrogator (ADI) variant. The government does not possess any technical data for these parts. The original manufacturer is Raytheon Company. For the NSNs, these additional NAICS apply: 333412, 334511, and 335931. The response should include your company name, address, cage code, and a technical point of contact. The response SHALL include documentation to demonstrate the interested sources' capability of supplying these items, and copy of purchasing order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from the listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable and interoperable with the existing Air Defense Interrogator (ADI) Family, systems and subsystems. Your response shall be submitted in writing through email to DLA Land at Aberdeen (Martina L. Culik Moore) at martina.culikmoore@dla.mil. A successful supplier may be required to warrant that the parts and repair parts supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purposed intended by the Army and that will be delivered on time. Pertinent information received from this market survey will be evaluated by the Government's technical personnel for the purposes of planning. The Government will not reimburse interested sources or responders to this notice for any information received and any costs incurred in responding, or for subsequent exchanges of information. Information submitted does not constitute a proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, but will be considered an exchange of capabilities and ideas. Responses to this notice shall be submitted no later than close of business 09 March 2018.
