This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will also be attached. (2) Offerors may identify their interest and capability by submitting quotes. All quotes must be received prior to 12:00pm MT on February 28, 2018. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Solicitation Number is 36C25918Q0213. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 12.6. This acquisition will utilize full-and-open competition after exclusion of sources and set aside for Small Businesses. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror who can fulfill provide all the consumables required (as listed in the below Schedule). (3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97 (effective 01/24/18). (4) Telephone calls will not be accepted. All quotes are to be sent electronically to Juanita.Street@va.gov no later than 12:00pm MT, February 28th, 2018. (5) Acceptance of supplies received is Oklahoma City VA Health Care System 921 N.E. 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104.
