- Sources Sought Costa Rica SPE60518R0207 The purpose of this sources sought notice is for planning purposes and to identify vendors capable of supplying ground fuel requirements for Defense Logistics Agency Energy. This notice cover the ground fuels requirements for DLA Energy customers located in the country of Costa Rica. The total estimated quantity for the Costa Rica requirement is approximately 102,000 gallons. The product procured will be: ULSD preferred / DF2/ o Truck Delivery (Bulk Delivery). FOB Destination, into 1/3,000 GL Fuel Bladder. With anticipated three (3) times per month deliveries.
