- Solicitation Statement of Work SOW Past and Present Performance This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12 & 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is DJA-18-AHDQ-R-0024. Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the System for Awards Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The offeror must have a current profile in the Online Representations and Certifications (http://orca.bpn.gov) prior to award. The above referenced FAR clauses and provisions may be accessed via the World Wide Web at www.arnet.gov/far. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and sent via email to Brian Wilkins at Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov and must reference the solicitation # DJA-18-AHDQ-R-0024. All questions must be received by 2:00PM EST on Thursday February 22, 2018. Questions received after the stated time will not be addressed. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted.
